Cars are rarely just cars after enough miles.
Marque & Miles is an illustrated archive. Each entry starts with a real photograph, usually mine, and is digitally altered into a pen-and-ink style on a warm paper tone. I keep it close to the original, with the details left alone. If the soft top has stripes, the stripes stay. If the calipers are red, they stay red.
What decides whether a car goes in the archive isn't price or rarity. A Porsche 911 and a family RAV4 can sit next to each other here, because the reason to care is usually the person, the place, or the day attached to it.
Some entries are full stories. Some are Encounters, cars I walked past and couldn't stop looking at. I try to be honest about which is which.
The prints and objects in the shop are made to order by print partners I've tested, so nothing sits in a warehouse and nothing is made that nobody wanted. If something arrives wrong, write to me and I'll fix it.
