Shipping policy
Every Marque & Miles piece is printed to order by my print partners. Nothing sits in a warehouse, so each order is made just for you.
Production: most orders are printed and packed within 2–5 business days.
Shipping (United States only for now):
- Standard: $5.95, free on orders of $50 or more. Usually 3–5 business days after production.
- Express: $15.00. Usually 1–2 business days after production.
You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships. Orders containing several items may arrive in separate packages.
Holiday orders: I'll post the order-by dates for December delivery on the site in November. Order early if it's a gift.
If something is wrong with the address on your order, please use the contact form at marqueandmiles.com/pages/contact as soon as possible. Once an order goes into production, the address can't always be changed.
